What DekhOTT provides
DekhOTT helps people discover movies and series and find the services where they may be available. Customers do not need a DekhOTT account to browse the public catalog, and DekhOTT does not process payments for third-party streaming services.
Information we process
We may receive basic technical and usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
Analytics, advertising, and local storage
We use Google Analytics to understand usage and improve DekhOTT. The website may display advertising through Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent and Google’s policies. The native iOS and Android apps may display contextual advertising through Google AdMob. AdMob may process approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions, advertising data, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, secure, and limit the frequency of ads. DekhOTT requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple’s permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Where required, the apps present Google’s consent choices and an Ad privacy link for later changes. The Apple TV, Android TV, and native Apple Vision versions may show clearly labeled direct or house-sponsored placements configured by DekhOTT. These placements do not use cross-app tracking or advertising device identifiers. DekhOTT may also store theme, cache, and offline-content information on your device so pages load reliably and previously visited content can remain available offline.
Service providers and external links
We use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, storage, and security; Supabase for application data and protected administrator services; and Google for analytics, website advertising, and native-app advertising. Links to streaming platforms, trailers, and other third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
Retention, choices, and children
We retain information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve DekhOTT or meet legal obligations. Browser and device controls can be used to limit cookies, clear local data, or change analytics and advertising permissions where available. DekhOTT is a general-audience discovery service and is not directed to children under 13.
